Administrative & Nutrition Services Assistant
Community of Grace Christian School is looking for a full-time Administrative and Nutrition Services Assistant.
Under the direction of the Principal and the Development Director, the Administrative & Nutrition Assistant is responsible for assisting in the organization, coordination, administration, and management of an assigned school’s activities and programs.

Proficiency with technology and computer software
Responsibilities:
Office Duties
Be the first point of contact for families in person, email, and through phone conversations.
Submits the required paperwork for districts and state-mandated reports.
Other duties may include curriculum orders, office supply orders, and oversee office equipment functionality.
Coordinates and supervises the daily administration of student attendance.
Works in cooperation with school leadership (School Director and Board of Directors & Development Director) on a wide variety of operational needs.
Assist in database management of Sycamore (Student Information System)
Assist in management of the enrollment portal.
Ensures required paperwork is provided by new families.
Assists families with enrollment-related questions.
Assist Health Aide in care for sick or injured students.
Development Assistant
Assist Development Director with development and/or fundraising tasks.
Assist in database management of Bloomerang (Development Information System)
Nutrition Services
Assist in overseeing kitchen and food service
Assist in forecasting and ordering
Participate in annual trainings
Ensure USDA requirements are met
Maintain records & prepare related reports
Administer application for educational benefits
